THE CONSEQUENCES OF DIRT ON THE PANELS
A key element that determines the efficiency of a photovoltaic system is the dirt that can accumulate on the photovoltaic panels; in particular during the summer months when the production of solar energy is at its maximum. Deposits of sea salt, pollen, and particulates originating from air pollution, agriculture or construction can accumulate on the panels unless they are removed regularly by thorough cleaning.
THE EFFECT OF DIRT ON THE ORIENTATION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
A fundamental factor to ensure maximum yield of the photovoltaic system depends on the tilt and orientation of the photovoltaic panels.
In particular, photovoltaic modules with a <10° tilt are most affected by dirt. This is because the dirt that accumulates on the panel after rainfall tends to accumulate on the lower edge causing the system to yield less.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY TREADING ON THE PANELS
Thanks to IRCIWASH, it is possible to avoid unfortunate problems caused by the breakage of the photovoltaic cells, caused by treading on the panels. It is widely unknown that treading on photovoltaic panels creates micro fractures within the photovoltaic cells, which are invisible to the naked eye, and these breaks affect the performance of the panel and over time, the panel loses functionality.

A traditional service with manual cleaning takes about 16 hours for a system of 300kW; IrciWash only takes 1 HOUR.
If you are worried that your panels can be damaged whilst being cleaned by the trampling of the operator, from today you can finally relax. Our machines exert a pressure of about 50gr per square centimetre compared to 2000gr per square centimetre of an operator.

IrciWaSh – a solar panel washing machine recommended for medium/large systems (over 200kW) with a tilt up to 10%. It ensures faster cleaning time and a minimum waste of water.
WashBots – a robot designed to clean photovoltaic panels on tilted structures or placed on flat roofs with different angles. The machine has a maximum weight of 20 kg in order to make it quick and easy to move.

Osmosis systems – to ensure efficient cleaning without the release of imperfections, eliminating polluting particulates and maintaining, the organoleptic properties of the water intact.
Water softeners – a cheaper and easier system than the previous one, which avoids the use of detergents and eliminates lime residue that may occur during the cleaning phase.
